Phenomenal!

Every visit is great but most recently I had a procedure that I was nervous about and Letrice Mason was amazing! She made me comfortable by talking through everything as she was doing it and really listening to my concerns. The procedure was no where near as painful as past experiences and I credit that to her gentle approach and genuine concern.

Dr. Mason is straight to the point of your visit and listens to your concerns. The staff is friendly and professional. The atmosphere is very calm and welcoming.

She is very accurate and thorough in her treatment. She is also very attentive of your needs to provide the best care. She responds to her messages quickly and I am very pleased with the treatment I have received from her!

Had a great experience at Her Down There. Letrice took her time, asked a lot of questions, and gave some great suggestions. She is helping me with Hormone Replacement Therapy. She suggested the patch. So far, so good. My sleep is getting much better and my hot flashes seem to be getting less frequent. I loved how the staff here take there time and treat you like a person. I also like that Letrice sits down with you at a little desk rather than the usual meeting your health care professional while still in a gown and freezing your tail off.

If you’re looking for a provider that makes you feel safe and like you’re talking to a friend she’s the one. She’s professional, kind and open minded. I’m really big on finding providers that give me that safe space and that safe environment and she does that it doesn’t feel like you’re talking to a robot. She makes you feel like you’re talking to an actual friend.

This helps tremendously and I really appreciate that. Communication: The receptionist, the patient portal, and the doctor communication is 10/10. I was at work and was able to do a virtual call about my ultrasound results. Super convenient. I also sent a message in the patient portal and I kid you not, it was 7:20 in the morning and Dr. responded in 5 mins. I love that!!!!! I read about the receptionist having an attitude... NEGATIVE! Always professional and kind. Ambience : Clean, peaceful and welcoming! Overall 20/20 Thank you sooo much!

Right when I walked in, I felt comfortable and the environment was very welcoming. The front desk staff was friendly and quick to check me in. Kortni Jordan is amazing she helped me find out that I had fibroids which I had terrible periods. I went to several different doctors. Nobody knew what was going on with my period. She was the one who did ultrasound to see that I have fibroids and I got removed. My period amazing no pain or nothing since I’ve got fibroids removed so I’m thankful for her.

Now Ms. Gworlz, yall know I absolutely LOVE and ADORE Her Down There and everything yall do for me. Please don’t ever change

Her Down There, Letrice Mason and the entire team are an exceptional group. They offer the old school care, where they take the time to truly know you and offer wholistic long-term solutions. I actually had an issue that I had been dealing with for years and had seen many different physicians that told me that it was just something I’d have to deal with. Letrice identified that it was something treatable early on and I now have a much better quality of life because, in one treatment, it was completely resolved! Highly recommend her and her entire team! They are the exception to the rule of impersonal care that is now the disappointing standard.

NP Mason and her staff were welcoming, and courteous. Their upbeat positive vibes brought an element of lightheartedness to an experience that might otherwise have been wrought with tension. Instructions were given with clarity and consideration. Questions were answered with thoughtfulness and compassion. Preventative measures were suggested and discussed at length. Facilities were clean and inviting. From the pop-art street sign, to the elegant waiting area, the well-appointed clinic is comfortable and engaging.

This was my first visit with Letrice and with this provider, hands down the best Well Women’s experience. Fabulous ambiance.Definitely not your average well women’s exam. Imagine a posh and modern home with chandeliers. Amazing staff. Gentle care. Letrice was very knowledgeable, informative and overall had a warm proactive approach to health. I will be coming back. My first visit was quick, efficient, and reassuring. Fastest and easiest Pap smear test ever! Every question I had, the doctor took time to listen and answer.

The overall experience was great, I would have liked if a Pap smear would have been discussed.

The visit was not BAD but not great. I spent maybe 5 minutes with the doctor and I just feel like I’ve gone to other female doctors and got more out of it or information. I wouldn’t necessarily recommend her down there. I just have had a better experience with planned parenthood and they were more reasonable on pricing for someone paying out of pocket. They did recommend an ultrasound for 179$ but I was able to find quite a few places that charged 115-125$. It was very cute.

When I say I love my NP! She listens to me and my concerns! Takes the time to review my blood work and discuss with me and make sure any recommendations she makes , I am comfortable and willing to do! I love she tells me like it “T I IS” as my grandma would say! Thanks so much, I can say without hesitation I love my NP!

Absolutely amazing! I went in for an IUD removal and women’s wellness check. I saw Kortni and she was so funny and kind! The set up of the office was so lovely! She even played music to help me feel at ease since I was nervous. My procedure went well. She was very gentle and quick. Highly recommend!

Letrice is so knowledgeable on the female anatomy, and all of its nuances! She is always professional, and so easy to talk to about my feminine needs. I have been struggling to find relief for issues relating to menopause for several years now. I had essentially given up, until I casually mentioned my issues to her during an appointment for something unrelated. Just as quickly as she wrote me a prescription, is how fast my symptoms were resolved. You have a forever patient!

The whole atmosphere doesn’t remind you of being in a clinical setting but more of a personalized setting catered just for your personal care. 2. The staff were very knowledgeable and professional. 3. I love the fact that they had SATURDAY appointments to accommodate their clients. 4.Your not overcrowded or sitting on top of each other. 5. The physician was very in-depth into your health care needs. 6. The ease of making appointments/receiving feedback to your concerns afterwards is important and they have exceeded this beyond. To close this out I feel that your missing out on a TREMENDOUS experience as well of level of care if you haven’t selected or been seen by the physician her at HER DOWN THERE.
