The establishment in itself was cute and chic and I love to support black business. I went in for a yearly woman exam ( which includes a papsmear). I should not have to wait 7-10 business days to receive my results. That's insane! I have never experienced anything like this the most I've waited was 24hrs. Not only did I have to wait, NO ONE called me with any results...my provider Latrice just sent medication into the pharmacy. I am a full time caregiver for my daughter the last thing that I have time to do is chase down my provider for basic information.

Amazing experience. Letrice and her staff were really nice and made me feel very comfortable. She was so patient and listened to all my concerns. I actually felt like I could open up to her. I would definitely return.

Letrice is amazing! I felt like she was my new bestie. What I was worried to ask about didn’t feel embarrassing or shaming at all. She made me feel very seen and understood. I am a plus size woman, and I have had a lot of negative doctor experiences. She made me feel safe, with no shame or pressure about my size. I am SO glad I found her!!

She was nothing short of amazing. She took her time to explain in depth so that I could understand fully all of the answer to my questions. It’s nothing like having a black OGBYN the experience is so personal, heartfelt and not comparable to any other.

I have never felt so heard and understood by a provider before. The environment is homey and welcoming, and so are the staff. Kortni actually took the time to discuss multiple options for addressing my health problem and showed ample support. I am so excited to begin my new health journey here at this clinic.

Absolutely amazing! I went in for an IUD removal and women’s wellness check. I saw Kortni and she was so funny and kind! The set up of the office was so lovely! She even played music to help me feel at ease since I was nervous. My procedure went well. She was very gentle and quick. Highly recommend!

Letrice is so knowledgeable on the female anatomy, and all of its nuances! She is always professional, and so easy to talk to about my feminine needs. I have been struggling to find relief for issues relating to menopause for several years now. I had essentially given up, until I casually mentioned my issues to her during an appointment for something unrelated. Just as quickly as she wrote me a prescription, is how fast my symptoms were resolved. You have a forever patient!

I just had my first appointment with Dr. Mason and I was immediately obsessed. She is lovely, very easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and relatable. I feel seen. I could tell that she's actually taken the time look at my chart and knew why I was there. Her staff is fantastic and the office is beautiful. I'm so happy to have found her!

First of all the overall experience was WAY beyond what you were expecting. 1. The whole atmosphere doesn’t remind you of being in a clinical setting but more of a personalized setting catered just for your personal care. 2. The staff were very knowledgeable and professional. 3. I love the fact that they had SATURDAY appointments to accommodate their clients. 4.Your not overcrowded or sitting on top of each other. 5. The physician was very in-depth into your health care needs. 6. The ease of making appointments/receiving feedback to your concerns afterwards is important and they have exceeded this beyond. To close this out I feel that your missing out on a TREMENDOUS experience as well of level of care if you haven’t selected or been seen by the physician her at HER DOWN THERE.

I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I also like how private her practice is, and it makes me feel very comfortable there. Can’t recommend her enough.
